Project OZMA ( octagonally zoned matrix architecture ) is how EFEL refers to the venture, stating that OZMA is:

"The heart of a massive super-structure, the first sustainable city, capable of zero footprint. OZMA is designed to generate enough power and food to facilitate the needs of its' citizens which will receive a share of profits generated by the core."

"Currently Echo Free is conducting a series of simulated, physics, stress, and construction scenarios. All necessary to tighten the scope and ease the scale of the project. The full-scale 'OZMA power plant' is scheduled to be construction ready by the end of 2024."
